We seek to focus greater attenton on more efficiently arranging whole loans or the part of the capital funding stack the developer needs with a greater degree of certainty to better assist developers to buy new projects from current site or building owners or start construction of ones they own now.

We do this by fostering a more collaborative approach between senior debt lenders and existing junior co-funders who provide mezzanine and equity or new collaborations that we may be party to facilitating.

Increased certainty of receipt of whole loans by developers assists them and non developer site and building owners who are reliant on a developer without "Funding Issues" to legally complete the purchase of their project.

Streamlining the loan process,reducing the time frame of it,increasing successful loan applications to senior debt and junior co-funders and reducing the number of parties involved to a core team all pay a part in better serving the funding needs of property developers.
